Installation procedure of all welded plate heat exchanger

1. Prepare for installation
Before the all-welded plate heat exchanger is installed, it is necessary to confirm the location of the heat source and cold source, and determine the installation position of the plate heat exchanger according to the drawings. In addition, it is also necessary to confirm whether the pipes and supports required for the plate heat exchanger are complete.
2. Install the support
Install a support according to the plate heat exchanger installation position and requirements on the installation drawings, and the size and weight of the plate heat exchanger. The bracket should not only be installed firmly, but also be stable to ensure the smooth operation of the plate heat exchanger. 3. Install pipes

The material, model and specification of the pipeline and valve must meet the design requirements of the plate heat exchanger, and the location and direction of the pipeline need to be defined according to the design drawing. When installing the pipeline, pay attention to the accuracy of the position and direction of the pipeline to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the pipeline.

4. Weld

After installing the pipe, welding is required, and welding is the most critical step in the installation process of the plate heat exchanger. The quality and technical level of welding will directly affect the service life and operation efficiency of plate heat exchangers. Therefore, attention should be paid to controlling parameters such as welding temperature, welding time and welding heat to ensure that the welding quality meets the standard.
5. Install the meter

After completing the connection, it is necessary to install instruments, such as thermometers, pressure gauges, etc. When installing instruments, attention should be paid to selecting the appropriate instrument model and specification to ensure its accuracy and reliability. The instrument should be placed in a position that is easy to observe and maintain to facilitate the monitoring of the operation of the plate heat exchanger.
