The Semi-welded Plate Heat Exchanger uses laser welding to weld two plates together, forming a sealed channel in the middle. In refrigeration applications, the refrigerant flows in the laser welded channel, only contacting the two refrigerant and compressor oil sealing rings at the entrance and exit of the plate group, and the other side of the medium is still sealed with a rubber ring, which can be removed if necessary.
